Production Forklift Operator in Monroe, Georgia at Tucker Door and Trim

We are growing again! and are adding Exterior Door Pullers to our Production Team.
Tucker Door & Trim is a premier wholesale distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and specialty millwork for the construction industry. We are growing and want you to be part of our team. We build and fabricate pre-hung doors and windows.

• $20/hr
• Full Time
• Monday to Friday
• 6am to 3pm
• Health Benefits, PTO, 401k

• Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift operation experience
• CNC or Machine Operator Experience
• Experience using power tools or woodworking equipment
• Ability to read and understand production documents and work orders
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
• Ability to consistently lift, push, pull, and move materials up to 80 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and cutting
• Ability to operate equipment such as panel saws, circular saws, and routing machines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with minimal errors
• Willingness to be trained and open to learning new concepts
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines

• Pull doors from warehouse racks and deliver to production lines using a forklift
• Cut door slabs to proper size using Cutting Machine when required
• Perform cut-outs for glass inserts using Cutting Machine
• Maintain safe operation of forklift and complete daily inspection checklists
• Accurately follow production schedules and instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned
