Position Overview

The Alumni & Family Coordinator supports the site-specific execution of alumni and family programming. This role maintains relationships with current and former clients, coordinates events, and assists with AMA-blocking interventions in collaboration with the clinical and admissions teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day alumni/family communication and programming.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual events under the Manager’s guidance.
• Track participation and outcomes at the site level.
• Facilitate family engagement touchpoints during discharge and aftercare planning.
• Build relationships with alumni and families to encourage community involvement and referrals.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience: 1–2 years in behavioral health, alumni relations, or family support role
