Accountabilities:

The Strategic Projects Lead will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives designed to improve business performance, strengthen market strategies, and create new growth opportunities.

  • Contribute to the development of short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategic goals and business objectives.
  • Develop, coordinate, and support sales and marketing strategy initiatives across different market segments.
  • Lead strategic projects from planning through implementation, including defining timelines, milestones, and execution plans.
  • Analyze business opportunities, market trends, and internal performance indicators to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor factors impacting profitability, productivity, and business performance while recommending actionable solutions.
  • Use customer relationship management and analytics tools to track initiatives, opportunities, and strategic activities.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate product requirements and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment, communication, and successful project execution.
  • Develop insights and recommendations that support business decisions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive offerings, market dynamics, products, pricing, and solutions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and strong collaboration skills to support high-impact business initiatives.

  • Experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Previous consulting experience is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience using AI tools and analytics platforms such as Tableau to support analysis and decision-making.
  • Ability to create clear, concise, and impactful presentations for various audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Curious mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and develop innovative solutions.

  • Competitive annual base salary range:
    • Home-based roles in Ontario: CAD 79,900 to CAD 129,900.
    • Toronto-based roles: CAD 85,100 to CAD 135,100.
