We are seeking a dynamic and organized Clinical Recruiter to join our team. This recruiter will be responsible for our in-home patient care team and will report to the Director of Recruiting. To be successful in this role the team member will need to be able to organize and structure their day-to-day tasks as well as be proactive in gaining feedback and working towards strong partnerships with our clinical team.
Duties:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance for clinical, operational, and corporate positions.
- Partner closely with clinical team to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide ongoing updates throughout the hiring process.
- Source passive and active candidates through referrals, networking, job boards, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Review applications, evaluate candidate qualifications, and conduct recruiter phone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews while ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and recruiting workflows within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruiting marketing efforts, networking events, and career fairs.
- Partner with the People Operations team to support onboarding activities and ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and the overall hiring experience.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, healthcare specific experience preferred
- Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
- Experience using ATS and CRM, Rippling experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft tools
- Ability to self organize your desk and daily tasks
