We offer an interesting opportunity to join our Supply Chain team, based in Bussolengo (VR) as a Supply Chain Planner, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Limb Reconstruction Supply Chain OUS, on a full-time permanent contract.

As part of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for executing supply chain solutions which support business objectives, including supply planning, inventory management and project management. Deliver on process improvement opportunities throughout each stage of the product lifecycle and each stage of product procurement, manufacturing, and distribution.

Partner with cross functional teams you will develop, implement, and maintain tools that provide insights and understanding to leaders, simplify processes and improve execution.

What will your contribution be?

  • Create integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, planning, purchasing, and logistics) and outside Suppliers.

  • Point of reference for the Customer Service in Italy and in the European Subs in case of missing material to send to the customers.

  • Proactive monitor the backorders and ensure that the material planning and delivery.

  • Partner with the manufacturing plants, planning teams, commercial and regional partners to develop inventory projections and take proactive actions to minimize/optimize excess inventory.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain tools, analytics, and reporting that provides insights and understanding to leaders, simplifies processes, and improves execution such as visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards.

  • Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.

  • Travel on business needs

What are we looking for?

  • Preferred bachelor degree or master’s degree

  • A previous experience of 3 years in a similar role is required

  • Knowledge of English and Italian

  • Precise, accountable, organized, problem solver and a team player.

  • Proficiency in general Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point).

*The package will be evaluated based on the experience of the person
