Full Stack Developer
Position Summary
Sugar Foods LLC is a privately owned company with production facilities in Georgia, Massachusetts, California, and Mexico. Our products are sold and distributed throughout the U.S. and Canada. Sugar Foods manufactures and packages croutons, tortilla chips, crispy toppings, caramels, and chocolate syrups, as well as cheese-based toppings. Additionally, Sugar Foods packages a variety of items including sugar, sweeteners, powdered creamer, breadings, and coaters, and dried fruits and nuts.
The Individual in this position will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Order to Cash application. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience. Working with others, this role will be responsible for driving application enhancements, while maintaining the service levels and application reliability our team members have come to expect from Sugar Foods IT team.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust and scalable web applications using React and C#.
- Build reusable UI components and maintain a component library.
- Implement RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core.
- Utilize Entity Framework Core for efficient data access and manipulation.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with the team to define technical requirements and design solutions.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Job Requisites and Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in applications design and development.
- Ability to learn and adapt to the rapidly business environment and changing technology.
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- In-depth knowledge of C# and .NET Core.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, NUnit, xUnit).
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Fluency in VB.NET
- Expertise in large-scale TPS systems, specializing in SQL Server and Azure for DB layer services
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of security best practices
