Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure an efficient and safe workflow.
- Assemble products on the production line following specific instructions and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks on products to identify and report defects or malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials and products onto production equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures to minimize risks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address production issues.
- Record production data and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
- Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
- Support inventory management by accurately tracking and reporting materials used.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
