Job Description
Sadler Brothers Trucking is a strong company backed by stronger drivers, with over 100 years of operation under our belt, seeking THREE regional drivers to operate from JACKSONVILLE, FL TO NASHVILLE for dedicated freight.
This will be a dedicated lane from our yard in Jacksonville, Florida to Nashville, TN. The driver will be operating freight from Jacksonville, then shut down for 10 hours in the Nashville Terminal. After your 10-hour break is up, you will operate a USPS mail route back to Jacksonville. All drivers will be ensured 36-48 hours at home with the option of additional local work in the Jacksonville area.
Requirements:
- 2 Years Minimum OTR Experience
- No Accidents in the previous 3 years
- No at-fault accidents in the previous 5 Years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 3 years
- No DUI's in the previous 7 years
- No Positive Drug Screens in the previous 7 years
- Must be able to meet background screening requirements from the US Postal Service

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Operate company-owned/leased trucks to facilitate the movement of freight operations.
- Operate company-owned/leased trucks for the delivery, pickup, and relocation of freight.
- Perform required before, during, and after-operation inspections on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to shop personnel; clean equipment and required reports
- Provide outstanding customer service during the delivery and pickup operations of US Mail and Freight.
- Maintain all certifications required by DOT and OSHA, and the company safety programs.
- Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you.
- Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.
- Perform all duties in conformance with appropriate safety and security standards.
