Job Description

Marketing Coordinator

The Daily Wire is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns across our portfolio of brands and products. This role assists with campaign deployment, content coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet company standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and social media.
  • Build, QA, and deploy lifecycle marketing campaigns while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate marketing requests, assets, and project timelines to keep campaigns on schedule.
  • Maintain content calendars and assist with drafting and publishing promotional content across digital channels.
  • Partner with Creative and cross-functional teams to ensure campaign assets align with brand standards and deadlines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on engagement, conversion, and social media metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation, including daily project logs and campaign updates.
  • Contribute to initiatives that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and membership growth while supporting additional marketing projects as needed.
Experience & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience supporting marketing, content, or campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Interest in and familiarity with news, media, and cultural commentary.
