Thrive Therapies Group is looking for School Psychologists to join our growing Tennessee team and help K-12 students overcome barriers and access the support they need to thrive at school.

You'll bring your expertise to a collaborative team that values the role school psychologists play in understanding student needs and shaping meaningful educational supports.

Collaborate with educators, families, SLPs, OTs, PTs, behavioral specialists, mental health clinicians, and special education teams.

Use Your Expertise Where It Matters

Play an important role in psychoeducational evaluation, eligibility decisions, mental health consultation, and systems-level student support.

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
• Interpret assessment data and develop educational recommendations
• Participate in eligibility determination and IEP meetings
• Provide mental health consultation and crisis support
• Support RTI/MTSS frameworks and early intervention efforts
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary school teams
• Support culturally responsive and equitable evaluation practices
• Maintain accurate evaluation and eligibility documentation

• Ed.S., Ph.D., or Psy.D. in School Psychology from a NASP-approved or APA-accredited program
• NCSP credential or active state certification/license in good standing
• Active Tennessee School Psychologist certification or license, or documented initiation of transfer
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, psychoeducational evaluation, and special education eligibility requirements

School-based experience, structured threat assessment experience, culturally responsive evaluation practices, and RTI/MTSS experience are preferred.
