Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline technical customer support of our pharmacy automation.
- Resolve customer cases in a timely manner through phone support, remote troubleshooting at customer site.
- Document detailed case notes of steps taken and each interaction with customer and/or machine.
- Periodic travel to customer sites to repair machines as well as provide customer refresher training.
Other Duties:
- Follow all related standard work, processes, and procedures, while offering ideas for improvement.
- Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, resources, and processes to effectively respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot DOSIS systems.
- Mentor and train other team members as applicable by supervisor.

Requirements:Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proven customer service experience preferred
- Mechanical, electrical, or technical skills required
- Experience with pharmaceutical automation a plus but not required
- Intermediate or advanced MS Office skills
Schedule:
- Fulltime position
- Overtime available
- Some travel
