Event Promotions Assistant – Entry Level in Meridian, Idaho at Resilient Inc.

We are looking for an Event Promotions Assistant to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated, outgoing, and eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, sales, and live events.

In this entry-level role, you will represent well-known brands at events, trade shows, and promotional activities. You’ll receive training and support while developing valuable skills in customer engagement, marketing, sales, and event promotions.

No previous event or marketing experience is required. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, dependable, willing to learn, and enjoy working with people.

• Represent brands professionally at events, trade shows, and promotional activities
• Engage with customers and provide information about products and services
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for event attendees
• Assist with promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and interests
• Support the setup and breakdown of promotional displays and event materials
• Learn and apply effective marketing and sales techniques
• Help generate interest and awareness for the brands we represent
• Work with team members to achieve daily and event goals
• Maintain a professional and energetic presence at all events
• Adapt quickly to different event environments and customer interactions
