Complete resident work orders quickly & professionally
Turn units between residents (make-ready repairs)
Interior/exterior painting & staining
HVAC troubleshooting & repairs
Grounds maintenance & preventative care
Keep maintenance areas clean & organized
Participate in emergency on-call rotation

High school diploma or equivalent
HVAC certification (preferred)
EPA license (preferred)
CPO certification (preferred saltwater pool)
Experience with painting, drywall, light electrical, basic plumbing
Great communication & customer service skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Willingness to complete basic training within 30 days
