Job Purpose

JWI is an Engineering and Construction firm looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Team. You will facilitate daily marketing functions, including proposals, internal and external communications, client relationship tracking, and industry research. In addition, you will be in support of growing JWI’s pursuit pipeline and improving our strategic tactics. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone personable and approachable who can work individually and within a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Senior Marketing Manager, Operational VPs, and Client Leads

• Responsible for reviewing and reporting RFP, RFQs, and other proposal requests we receive from our clients

• Assist with producing Statements of Qualifications or Capabilities for all of the service sectors where JWI performs work

• Contact point for assigned proposals, organizing requirements, creating a visual and written narrative, as well as maintaining a calendar of all internal proposal deadlines

• Research industry buying plans and news outlets to track future growth opportunities for JWI and help support the Operational staff make decisions regarding their departmental strategic plans

• Generate reports of information gathered from multiple news and agency sources

• Write, edit, and design documents and communications that use the JWI vernacular

• Producing content for the website, social media, and any and all additional marketing collateral or communications as needed

• Establish working relationships with JWI staff across the company

• Eager to meet others and learn about who they are, what they do, and how marketing can support their work

• Perform other related duties as may be required and assigned

Requirements:

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing in the A/E/C industry

Qualifications and Skills:

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, each with varying priorities

• Strong Collaborative skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Produce self-motivated research, summarize, and give reports on industry news and agency programs

• Maintain great time management to meet deadlines

• Be creative and pay attention to detail

• Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite is required (InDesign especially)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 360 is also preferred

• Experience with corporate Websites & Social Media is a plus
