As a Sr. Treasury Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing global liquidity, cash operations, and treasury processes that support the financial strength of a rapidly growing organization. This position offers the opportunity to build visibility into global financial operations while partnering with Finance, Accounting, and business leaders to optimize capital management. You will oversee cash forecasting, banking activities, payment operations, and treasury systems while helping strengthen controls and operational efficiency. Working in a collaborative, high-growth environment, you will contribute to strategic financial initiatives including debt compliance, capital markets support, and process improvements. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented treasury professional who enjoys combining analytical expertise with cross-functional collaboration to drive business impact.
- Manage global cash positioning, liquidity operations, and short-term cash forecasting across multiple entities, developing rolling forecasts to identify risks and optimization opportunities.
- Execute and oversee domestic and international payment activities, including wires, ACH transactions, foreign exchange processes, and cross-border cash movements.
- Maintain and optimize global banking relationships, including account structures, bank administration, fee management, KYC documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and business stakeholders to align cash forecasts with operating plans and improve working capital management, including accounts receivable collections, accounts payable timing, and cash conversion efficiency.
- Support debt compliance activities, covenant reporting, capital markets initiatives, and corporate insurance processes while maintaining strong treasury governance.
- Lead treasury technology initiatives involving treasury management systems, ERP platforms, APIs, and banking portals to improve automation, visibility, and operational scalability.
- Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, documentation, and internal controls while driving continuous improvements in fraud prevention, payment workflows, and financial processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; CTP or CFA certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a related financial operations role, preferably within a high-growth or public company environment.
- Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, global banking operations, and domestic and international payment processes.
- Experience managing foreign exchange activities, cross-border transactions, banking relationships, and cash optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with debt structures, covenant compliance, capital markets activities, and treasury governance requirements.
- Experience working with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP platforms such as NetSuite or SAP, and banking portals.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Knowledge of internal controls, fraud prevention practices, and SOX compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $122,000 to $135,000 USD, based on experience, expertise, and location.
