Description: Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally.
  • Listen to customer concerns and document service requests accurately.
  • Create and manage repair orders for maintenance and light repair services.
  • Recommend manufacturer-required maintenance and additional services when appropriate.
  • Communicate repair status updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion.
  • Review completed work with customers and explain charges.
  • Process customer payments and close repair orders.
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
  • Assist in achieving departmental sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Follow all dealership, Ford, and safety policies and procedures.

 Requirements: Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous customer service, automotive, or sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Familiarity with Dealertrack/Xtime preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed
