BEE ACCESS – WAREHOUSE MANAGER

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager, who is organized and has extreme attention to detail that can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving, material handling, and staff management.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

• Oversee day-to-day multi-warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping and receiving of materials
• Manage warehouse staff including coaching, developing, training, performance management and timecard accuracy
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and audits
• Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe environment
• Coordinate with production management to ensure timely supply of materials and on-time delivery of finished products to customers
• Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and storage systems to maximize space and ensure efficiency
• Monitor order accuracy, on-time shipments, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity. Implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage warehouse equipment to ensure proper maintenance and safe operation - forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Manage and optimize the receiving process, including inspection, documentation, and proper storage of incoming material

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing is required
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, implementing WMS and Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to lift 50lbs., bend, squat and walk daily
