Job Summary

The Laborer I is an entry-level position responsible for supporting craft personnel and assisting with construction, maintenance, and industrial work activities. This role works under direct supervision and follows established safety procedures while performing assigned tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist skilled craft personnel with daily job tasks.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform basic labor tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Support setup and dismantling of work areas and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Willingness to learn construction and industrial work processes.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to travel 100% (3 weeks on 1 week off)
• Valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting.
• Ability to work at heights and in industrial environments when required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more with assistance.
