- Possess strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Have experience managing marketing budgets and making data-driven, ROI-focused investment decisions.

- Be a commercially minded, customer-focused leader who enjoys bringing people together, challenging established approaches, and finding better ways to deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Be eligible to work in Australia, with full working rights required for consideration.
- Flexible “Work Anywhere” model, with the opportunity to work remotely, in a hybrid setup, or from an office environment.
- Remote-first working environment designed to support flexibility and autonomy.
- Opportunity to work in a high-growth education technology environment with strong career development opportunities.
- Collaborative, innovative, and people-focused culture.
- Exposure to talented professionals across marketing, digital, sales, product, and strategy.
- Opportunity to collaborate with leading university partners and contribute to impactful education initiatives.
