  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
  • Maintain technical documentation for voice solutions, architectures, and integration processes.
Requirements:
  • 7–10 years of professional experience in Salesforce development within enterprise or large-scale environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Service Cloud.
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce Voice or similar voice/telephony communication platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and system integration patterns.
  • Experience with VoIP systems, call routing, telecommunication protocols, and voice workflows.
  • Familiarity with Einstein AI capabilities, analytics tools, and Salesforce intelligence features.
  • Strong knowledge of data security, compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and call recording regulations.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and solution scalability.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level engineering roles in global tech environments.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce Voice and AI-powered CRM solutions.
  • Exposure to large-scale, global digital engineering projects across multiple industries.
  • Collaborative, non-hierarchical work culture emphasizing innovation and technical excellence.
  • Strong focus on continuous learning, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace committed to equal opportunity and employee growth.
  • Access to modern engineering practices including CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based architectures.
