In this role, you will support the development and continuous improvement of high-growth mobile applications within a fast-moving, AI-driven product environment. You will focus primarily on ensuring the quality, usability, and performance of Android and iOS experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver smooth and intuitive user journeys. Acting as a key connector between product, design, QA, and engineering, you will contribute across the full mobile lifecycle—from feature discovery and backlog refinement to testing and release monitoring. This position is highly execution-focused, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues across UX, performance, and analytics. You will also play a key role in improving mobile engagement, retention, and monetization through data-informed decisions. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, offering the opportunity to directly impact product quality and user satisfaction at scale.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will support the end-to-end mobile product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality execution, smooth releases, and continuous product improvement across Android and iOS platforms.

  • Support daily mobile product operations, ensuring smooth execution across the app lifecycle with a strong focus on Android and iOS experiences
  • Maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, including features, bugs, UX improvements, and performance enhancements
  • Assist in feature discovery, competitive analysis, and UX research to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities
  • Review mobile UI/UX for consistency, usability, and adherence to platform design standards such as Material Design and iOS guidelines
  • Conduct QA testing on app builds, identify issues, and collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure stable releases
  • Monitor post-release performance, track crashes, ANRs, and product metrics, and escalate issues when needed
  • Support onboarding flows, paywalls, subscriptions, and in-app user journeys to improve retention and conversion
  • Work closely with analytics tools such as Mixpanel and attribution platforms to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions
  • Assist with app store submissions, release coordination, and phased rollouts across Android and iOS
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, QA, and Data teams to ensure alignment and execution quality
  • Support documentation, feature scoping, and execution planning for mobile initiatives
Requirements

You bring hands-on experience in mobile product environments and a strong operational mindset, combined with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of mobile UX and analytics.

  • 1–3+ years of experience in mobile product management or mobile app operations across Android and iOS
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX principles, platform guidelines, and mobile-first design patterns
  • Proven experience working with mobile analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms
  • Solid knowledge of mobile KPIs including retention, DAU/MAU, LTV, and funnel optimization
  • Experience with QA processes, app testing, and release management for mobile applications
  • Ability to identify UI/UX inconsistencies and performance issues with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with mobile A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
  • Understanding of app store processes, including submissions, updates, and compliance requirements
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with engineering, QA, design, and data teams
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support product operations and workflow efficiency
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and coordination skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, highly accountable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Benefits
  • Fully remote work with flexibility across time zones aligned with CET
  • Unlimited paid time off to support work-life balance
  • Paid national holidays depending on location
  • Company-provided MacBook and required equipment
  • Flexible contractor-based arrangement with autonomy and independence
  • Opportunity to work on fast-scaling mobile products in an AI-driven environment
  • Exposure to advanced mobile analytics, experimentation, and growth practices
  • Collaborative, high-performance culture focused on speed and impact
