This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consulting professional to help organizations transform and optimize their go-to-market strategies. You will lead high-impact engagements across sales, marketing, channel, and revenue operations, working with complex B2B organizations to drive measurable business outcomes. The position combines strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and client leadership, requiring the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. You will oversee projects from initial hypothesis development through executive-level presentations while managing stakeholders across multiple functions. Working in a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment, you will help shape future-state commercial strategies, operating models, and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on solving complex business challenges and delivering tangible client impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on go-to-market strategy, sales effectiveness, marketing operations, channel strategy, and revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing stakeholder relationships, project governance, timelines, deliverables, and overall engagement success.
  • Conduct strategic assessments and develop recommendations related to routes-to-market, commercial organization design, sales coverage models, and partner strategies.
  • Design and implement modern marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, value proposition development, demand generation, and lifecycle engagement frameworks.
  • Build financial models, business cases, performance frameworks, and KPI structures to support strategic recommendations and decision-making.
  • Develop hypotheses, conduct research and analysis, synthesize findings, and present executive-level recommendations supported by data-driven insights.
  • Lead and mentor consultants and analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and quality assurance throughout project execution.
  • Drive alignment across people, processes, and technology to support integrated go-to-market transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Prior management consulting experience with a strong focus on go-to-market, sales, marketing, revenue operations, or commercial strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 3–4+ years of consulting experience leading engagements for large and complex organizations, including enterprise-level clients.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales strategy, channel strategy, customer success, marketing operations, and commercial transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from strategy development through execution while balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience developing financial models and business recommendations.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to executive audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing project teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
