This role is a senior strategic sales position focused on driving global account growth across complex, multinational organizations. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities while expanding long-term client relationships within strategic enterprise accounts. Operating in a fast-paced, international trade and logistics environment, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including executive-level decision makers. The role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles while coordinating across multiple internal teams. You will build and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth, cross-selling opportunities, and long-term partnerships. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned sales leader who thrives in complex environments and is motivated by building scalable global business relationships.
- Develop and execute global strategic account plans, including prospecting, opportunity identification, presentations, and end-to-end sales execution across multinational clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell additional services to expand account value and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
- Serve as the primary contact for strategic national and global accounts, ensuring strong relationship management across key stakeholders.
- Lead proposal development in collaboration with internal teams including pricing, operations, subject matter experts, and client services.
- Negotiate complex contract terms while ensuring compliance with internal policies and alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership to assess account performance, profitability, and long-term growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions to support forecasting and execution.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or global business development roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of cross-border supply chain, logistics, trade compliance, or related global commerce environments.
- Proven track record of managing long, complex sales cycles (6–18 months) and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders in large multinational organizations.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- High level of business and financial acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic opportunities simultaneously.
- Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $144,000 to $180,000 depending on experience and location.
