Fine Gardening Team Member in Moultonborough, New Hampshire at Stephens Landscaping Professionals

The Fine Gardening Team Member maintains thoughtfully designed gardens. Team members enhance beautiful outdoor spaces and are plant specialists knowledgeable about the best horticultural practices for caring for plant materials. Under the direction of the Fine Gardening Manager and the Team Leader, Team Members execute plant care services within the fine gardening in high-end residential gardens.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery:

• Perform routine maintenance services, including spring cleanups, mulching, mowing, garden services, pruning, fall cleanups, and other specialty services.
• Work as part of a team under the direction of the Fine Gardening Team Leader.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report progress on tasks.
• Perform fine gardening tasks, including detailed planting, specialized pruning, and intricate garden maintenance.

Equipment Management

• Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or needed repairs to the crew leader.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for the task.
• All other duties as assigned.

Seasonal Snow Removal

• Assist with snow removal duties (shoveling, plowing, salt/sand application) during the winter months as necessary.

• Skilled in operating tools, vehicles, and small engine equipment safely.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• A valid driver’s license (preferred)
• DOT Medical Certification

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 4:30 PM (Weekends and extended hours as needed)
• Seasonal April 1st - November 30th
