In this high-impact role, you will help shape and optimize compensation strategies within a fast-paced, innovation-driven technology environment. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. Acting as a key advisor, you will support job architecture, market pricing, and compensation planning across multiple teams and functions. This role is ideal for a data-driven compensation professional who enjoys translating complex market insights into actionable recommendations. You will contribute directly to the design of scalable compensation structures that support rapid organizational growth. Working in a global, collaborative environment, you will also help advance pay transparency and data-informed decision-making across the business.
- Provide expert compensation analysis and consulting to business stakeholders, ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and role leveling using compensation survey data (e.g., Radford, Mercer, WTW).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to support compensation offers, hiring decisions, and offer strategy alignment.
- Support annual and mid-year compensation cycles, including merit planning, benchmarking, and data analysis.
- Develop compensation dashboards and insights in collaboration with People Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of salary structures, pay bands, and compensation frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant compensation regulations, pay equity standards, and internal policies.
- Assist in communication and training initiatives to help managers and HR teams understand compensation programs and practices.
- Participate in ad hoc compensation projects, including benchmarking studies, policy updates, and organizational restructuring support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis within a fast-paced, technology-driven, or high-growth organization.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and surveys (e.g., Radford, Mercer, WTW).
- Understanding of compensation regulations, including pay equity laws and FLSA guidelines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple levels.
- Experience with modern compensation tools such as Pave or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, global environment with competing priorities.
- Competitive salary range of USD $140,000 – $160,000 per year.
