This role is a high-impact, enterprise sales position focused on expanding strategic relationships and driving revenue growth across the healthcare contact center and CX technology landscape. You will be responsible for building and expanding partnerships with healthcare organizations, identifying new opportunities, and positioning advanced AI-driven customer experience solutions. Operating in a fast-paced, competitive environment, you will engage directly with senior executives and decision-makers to shape long-term transformation strategies. The role requires a strong hunter mindset, deep consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage complex enterprise deals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption. This is a high-visibility position where your performance directly influences regional market growth and customer success.
- Drive new business acquisition and expansion within healthcare accounts across the East Coast region, consistently achieving and exceeding annual sales quotas
- Build, manage, and expand strategic relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders within healthcare organizations and enterprise contact centers
- Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing of enterprise-wide agreements
- Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored AI-driven CX and contact center solutions aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (pre-sales, product, and implementation) to ensure successful solution design and deployment
- Maintain and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnership opportunities
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales, with a strong focus on complex, portfolio-based selling
- At least 1–2 years of experience selling AI-based software solutions or similar advanced technology products
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in customer experience and contact center environments
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and manage complex enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to operate independently and drive results in a high-performance environment
- Experience in CCaaS, CX, or conversational AI solutions is a strong plus
