As a server, you'll deliver exceptional guest experiences through fast, accurate service, proactive hospitality, and strong teamwork. Success in this role requires expert menu and allergen knowledge, POS proficiency, and the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Alexandria Restaurant Partners locations include Ada’s on the River, Barca Pier & Wine Bar, Café Tu Tu Tango, Mia’s Italian Kitchen, Palette 22, Joe Theismann’s, The Royal, and Vola’s Dockside Grill & Hi-Tide Lounge.

• Provide a superior guest experience by delivering timely service, quality food and beverages, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied
• Be knowledgeable of food and beverage menus. Accurately and confidently answer guests’ questions.
• Accurately take orders and ring them into the POS.
• Maintain clean and regularly maintained tables throughout service.
• Clean as you work in and around service stations and other work areas.
• Assist in building and maintaining a team-oriented workplace by bringing a positive, consistent work ethic and participation level to each shift.

• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Communicates effectively.
• Works well under pressure and is self-motivated.
• High-level organizational, time management, and sales skills.
• Dependable, reliable, and self-driven.
