Our Human Resources department is seeking an experienced professional to manage the organization's employee benefits and leave of absence programs and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while delivering high-quality customer service to employees. Will also serve as the subject matter expert on health and welfare benefits, paid leave, and legally protected leave programs, and to support organizational objectives.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; five or more years of progressively responsible experience in employee benefits and leave administration; thorough knowledge of employee benefits administration and applicable employment laws.
