We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Job Coach, who will play a critical role in making a positive impact on the lives of the people we serve in our Carmel, NY location.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 (compensation commensurate with job qualifications and experience)
Job Type: Full-time

Location: Carmel Hamlet, New York

Qualifications for Job Coach:

Required: High School Diploma or GED, Valid Driver's License in good standing, proficiency in basic computer skills and a minimum of six months related experience and/ or training in working with special populations (i.e.: ID/DD, TBI, elderly, medically frail)
