Accountabilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for strengthening operational excellence across the organization by improving processes, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance operational execution with long-term improvements.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously optimize operational processes, workflows, and internal procedures to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and drive automation initiatives that increase productivity.
  • Lead company-wide projects and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Coordinate resources across departments to maintain accountability and ensure successful project execution.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve communication, collaboration, and operational effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain KPI dashboards, performance reports, and operational metrics to provide leadership with actionable insights.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support workforce planning, capacity management, onboarding initiatives, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions that improve reporting, collaboration, and operational workflows.
  • Support AI-driven initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Ensure operational practices align with internal standards, quality expectations, and industry best practices.
  • Assist with audits, documentation reviews, and governance initiatives to maintain operational maturity.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong operational leadership experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams. They should be comfortable working in fast-paced technology environments and driving measurable improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, business management, project management, or a similar role.
  • Experience working within professional services, consulting, technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or similar environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to improve processes, implement workflows, and create operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong experience developing KPI dashboards, reports, and performance tracking systems.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting or analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different functions.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and presenting operational insights.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and operational frameworks.
  • Experience implementing automation solutions and AI-powered business processes is preferred.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar operational credentials are a plus.
