This role offers the opportunity to lead demand generation strategies that directly influence business growth and market expansion.
You will build and scale revenue-focused marketing programs targeting enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
The position combines campaign strategy, account-based marketing, content development, and revenue operations.
You will collaborate closely with sales, partnerships, product marketing, and customer teams to create impactful go-to-market initiatives.
With ownership over strategy, execution, and performance measurement, you will help shape how the organization engages with key decision-makers.
This is an ideal opportunity for a data-driven marketing leader passionate about building measurable demand engines and creating meaningful impact.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Manager, Demand Generation, you will own the strategy and execution of programs designed to generate qualified pipeline, strengthen market presence, and accelerate revenue growth. You will develop targeted campaigns, optimize marketing performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to create engaging experiences for enterprise audiences.

  • Define and execute the annual B2B demand generation strategy, aligning priorities, investments, and campaigns with revenue objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of enterprise buyers and create targeted programs that move prospects through the buyer journey.
  • Build and manage account-based marketing initiatives using paid media, email campaigns, personalized outreach, and data-driven targeting.
  • Leverage buyer signals, intent data, automation, and AI-powered marketing tools to identify and activate growth opportunities.
  • Own the strategy for industry events, executive engagements, trade shows, and customer-focused experiences that support pipeline generation.
  • Develop content strategies, campaign messaging, customer stories, and thought leadership initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Partner with sales, partnerships, customer success, product marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment across go-to-market activities.
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks, track campaign effectiveness, and connect marketing initiatives to revenue outcomes.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and improve demand generation programs through experimentation and data analysis.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B marketing leader with a strong background in demand generation, enterprise marketing, and revenue-driven campaign execution. You should be comfortable owning strategy, managing budgets, collaborating across teams, and using data to guide decision-making.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably with experience targeting enterprise customers in grocery, retail, CPG, technology, or similar industries.
  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel campaign strategies that generate measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing, buyer journeys, and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience managing industry events, executive programs, trade shows, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Strong content creation skills, including campaign messaging, email marketing, event promotion, and customer storytelling.
  • Ability to define marketing strategies, communicate plans clearly, and influence sales and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI tools and automation technologies to improve marketing efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing impact through attribution, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to align teams around shared business objectives.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary package, equity opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility and trust.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization creating positive environmental and social impact.
  • Collaborative culture within a fast-growing team with ambitious goals.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career development.
  • Ability to take ownership of strategic initiatives with direct business impact.
