Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Populate subcontract invoices for Accounts Payable.
- Review inventory adjustments and labor registrations for accuracy.
- Assist with month-end reporting and month-end close activities.
- Prepare customer reports, and banking confirmations.
- Prepare operational scorecards and management reports.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts, annual physical inventory, and inventory reconciliations.
- Create, issue, receive, and maintain purchase orders.
- Coordinate intercompany shipments of tooling and spare parts.
- Assist with contract reviews and maintain related documentation.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Perform other accounting, administrative, and operational duties as assigned.
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Business, Office Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in an accounting, administrative, manufacturing, or office support role is considered an asset.
- Proficient with Office 365 platform – specifically Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (PLEX) is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
