Job Description
Ford Office Technologies is growing, and we are seeking a dependable and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team and support our client in Robinson Twp, PA.
The work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Setup, configure Operations/Maintenance of Server Hardware/OS and Backup Hardware/software.
- Install EDR and Remote Management tools.
- Maintain timely and complete documentation of all daily and project work.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and maintain selected technical certifications.
- Remote and on-site troubleshooting and support of UPS, Server hardware and software.
- Monitors alerts for alarms via documented procedure and escalate to senior team members as needed.
- Receive, process, and inventory client equipment shipped to Ascent Data.
- Setup, and configure new computer equipment per client specifications.
- Prioritizing and resolving issues that arise.

Requirements:- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability.
- Strong customer service, communication and writing skills
- Strong experience with Windows 10 Desktop Support.
- Bachelor or associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant experience.
- Proven software and network troubleshooting skills.
- Print-Audit and papercut knowledge or willing to learn.
- Experience with all Microsoft Office applications.
- At least one year of experience in a technical support role.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server Systems Administration to include Active Directory Users and Computers, SMB Network Share Permissions, and Print Server Management.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work and set goals with little supervision.
