This role sits at the intersection of engineering, storytelling, and customer enablement, helping transform advanced AI capabilities into compelling, real-world product experiences. You will design and build high-quality demo environments, proof-of-concepts, and pilot systems that showcase AI-powered solutions across diverse industries and customer scenarios. Working closely with Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams, you will ensure that every demo is technically accurate, scalable, and tailored to specific buyer needs. The role requires both strong technical depth and creative problem-solving to translate complex systems into intuitive, impactful narratives. You will also play a key role in improving internal tooling, integrations, and automation to scale demo delivery. This is a highly cross-functional position in a fast-moving AI environment where your work directly influences customer understanding and deal success.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain demo environments, proof-of-concepts, and pilot solutions that simulate real customer use cases and workflows.
  • Translate technical product capabilities into interactive, scalable, and persuasive demo experiences for different industries and buyer personas.
  • Develop integrations, automations, and tooling (APIs, scripts, connectors) to support demo infrastructure and internal efficiency.
  • Ensure reliability and performance of demo systems, proactively resolving issues that could impact live demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to align on requirements and incorporate feedback into demo design.
  • Create synthetic datasets, workflows, and scenarios that accurately represent customer environments.
  • Support enablement efforts by equipping go-to-market teams with technically robust and reusable demo assets.
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in demo engineering, solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or similar technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods, data modeling, and scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Bash).
  • Experience building integrations, workflows, or tools that support SaaS or enterprise software demonstrations.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues and build scalable solutions with a high level of ownership.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales/Go-to-Market teams.
  • Familiarity with CCaaS or CRM platforms is a strong plus.
  • Experience in fast-paced SaaS or AI-driven environments is highly desirable.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with additional variable compensation and equity opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Flexible remote-first work environment with collaboration opportunities across global teams.
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and parental leave policies.
  • Home office and monthly internet/phone reimbursement support.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
  • Learning and development support for professional growth.
  • Inclusive, innovation-driven culture focused on AI, experimentation, and impact.
