You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling full stack features across a large and evolving SaaS platform while contributing to system modernization and service decomposition efforts.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack features across frontend and backend systems, ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Contribute to the decomposition of a monolithic architecture into service-oriented and microservices-based systems
  • Build and maintain Node.js services and APIs that integrate with distributed systems and external interfaces
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to refine requirements and deliver high-impact customer-facing features
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and cross-team engineering discussions to ensure delivery alignment
  • Support platform scaling initiatives and help improve system performance, reliability, and observability
  • Mentor peers and contribute to engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and CI/CD improvements
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production issues to ensure system stability

Requirements:
This role requires strong full stack engineering expertise with experience building scalable SaaS applications and working in complex distributed environments.

  • 4–6+ years of professional software engineering experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments
  • Strong full stack development skills with the ability to independently deliver production-ready systems
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks, along with backend API development
  • Experience working with service-oriented architectures, microservices, or monolith-to-services transitions
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and system design principles
  • Ability to own features end-to-end, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to performance and scalability
  • Familiarity with modern development practices including CI/CD, testing strategies, and code reviews
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality and technical accountability
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and product teams
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with tiered ranges based on location and experience
  • Equity awards and performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Flexible work arrangements, including remote and hybrid options
  • Generous paid time off and company holidays
  • Parental leave and family support programs
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions
  • Wellness and mental health support resources
  • Opportunities for professional growth, learning, and technical development
  • Participation in impactful, large-scale product engineering initiatives
