Accountabilities:
  • Execute internal audit engagements from planning and scoping through fieldwork and reporting, ensuring compliance with audit standards and timelines.
  • Conduct walkthroughs, testing procedures, analytical reviews, and control assessments to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with external audit support activities, including inventory counts and testing procedures in coordination with audit partners.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential control gaps requiring further investigation.
  • Prepare clear and actionable audit findings, recommendations, and remediation plans in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Support follow-up activities to monitor the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams across multiple business functions while contributing to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain strong organization, adaptability, and communication skills to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced global environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in internal audit, public accounting, operations, or a related area preferred.
  • Progress toward CPA, CMA, or CIA certification is considered a strong advantage.
  • Basic understanding of auditing standards, accounting principles, and internal control frameworks.
  • Manufacturing industry exposure is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and management levels.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt within a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to approximately 30%.
  • Comfortable working within large production and distribution environments during audit activities.
