Job Description
Position Summary
Terlato is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Chauffeur to provide transportation services for the company’s family members, executives and business partners. The ideal candidate is punctual, well-presented, and committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport family members, executives, business partners and other passengers to and from designated locations in a timely manner
- Serve as a personal driver for the Terlato family
- Plan efficient travel routes based on traffic and weather conditions
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and apply sound security and safety practices while transporting passengers
- Ensure passenger comfort, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
- Wash, fuel, and maintain family and company vehicles
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed
- Assist passengers with luggage, doors, and special requests when necessary
- Check in daily for driver requests and scheduling updates
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
- Assist with daily errands and deliveries
- Pick up wine and spirits orders from our distributor partner and deliver them to various locations
- Assist with projects around the company’s office when not driving
- Be available for flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a chauffeur, executive driver, personal driver, or similar role
- Experience driving luxury vehicles
- Excellent knowledge of local roads, navigation systems/GPS software, and traffic regulations
- Prior security, executive protection, military, or law enforcement experience or training preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Defensive Driving Certification preferred
- Ability to lift and carry luggage, packages, or supplies as needed (up to 50lbs)

Work Environment
- Primarily driving and sitting for extended periods
- May require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional extended hours
- Interaction with executives, family members, and business partners requires professionalism and confident
Pay Range: $30-$38/hour
