Role Summary:
The Production Manager will oversee the company’s production processes to ensure they stay within budget and enhance efficiencies. They are responsible for consistently finding ways to improve an organization’s production processes and structures. The Production Manager will consistently review employees and their equipment items to determine where to make enhancements. They will work closely with team members to build strategies to maximize their performances. The Production Manager will also collaborate with other departments and team members to set goals for the production team. They are in charge of scheduling routine maintenance to keep the equipment running effectively and maintaining quality standards..
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Other Requirements:
Manufacturing floor environment including work at a computer terminal. Work involves extended periods of stationary work, frequent movement throughout the production floor and moving up to 50 pounds.
