POSITION SUMMARY

The Brand + Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting Solis Health Plans’ brand and marketing initiates, ensuring timely and compliant execution of projects, and driving effective communication across internal and external channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing strategies.

This position is onsite Monday-Friday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the development, review, and submission of brand and marketing materials in alignment with internal compliance and CMS regulatory requirements. Coordinate document management, version control, and tracking of marketing assets across internal systems and shared platforms. Proofread, edit, and coordinate bilingual (English & Spanish) content and translations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.Create and support content for digital and social media channels, including copy and basic visual assets. Manage internal communication requests, ensuring messaging is timely, accurate and approved by appropriate stakeholders, including copy and basic visual assets. Support the marketing department in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling lead forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the Solis team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion.Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content and lead generation.Collaborates with internal departments to support the strategy, development, and implementation of materials.Ensures that all marketing materials follow CMS guidelines and are filed appropriately with compliance.Manage the giveaway storefront in collaboration with the Sales department, including inventory tracking, item availability, and ensuring promotional materials are fulfilled and delivered on time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

Required: Bilingual in English and Spanish, with both written and conversational proficiency. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications.Experience in marketing coordination or similar role.Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.A keen eye for aesthetics and details.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft, proofread, and edit content across multiple channels.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.Bilingual preferred. English & Spanish

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
This work requires the following physical activities: climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. The work is performed indoors. Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. May be sitting for a prolonged period.

The work schedule is approximate, and hours/days may change based on company needs. All full-time employees are required to complete forty (40) hours per week as scheduled, including weekends and holidays as needed. May require some OT during varying seasons of the year.
