About the Role
Happy to Help Caregiving is seeking reliable, compassionate individuals to join our caregiving team. As a caregiver, you will play an important and meaningful role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes. You'll provide essential non-medical support to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans — helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the place they know best: home.

- Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience and client needs).

You will help create a safe, positive experience for every client by honoring their dignity and independence. Depending on their specific care plan, your daily duties may include:
- Companionship: Providing meaningful conversation, engagement, and emotional support.
- Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and general hygiene.
- Meal Preparation: Preparing food according to dietary needs and assisting with feeding if required.
- Light Housekeeping: Managing laundry, dishes, trash, and general tidying up.
- Medication Reminders: Prompting clients to take scheduled medications.
- Mobility Assistance: Aiding with safe transfers, repositioning, and using mobility equipment.
- Environment: One-on-one care provided in private residences
- Transportation: Driving the client to medical appointments, errands, and approved outings.
- Respite Care: Giving family caregivers a reliable, well-deserved break.
- Documentation: Logging shift activities and communicating any changes in the client's condition.
We are looking for dependable professionals dedicated to providing person-centered care. Prior experience is a huge plus, but your character, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter the most to us!
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks and physical mobility support.
- Ability to accurately follow written care plans and verbal instructions.
- Reliable punctuality and a patient, positive demeanor, with Strong, respectful communication skills
