Job Description

Our busy Automotive repair shop is looking for an Experienced Service Advisor to manage our service department.

This is a full time position, Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Day off during the week when its your Saturday on. Willing to work out a schedule that works for the department.

Job Duties include:

General duties of a service advisor with emphasis on customer satisfaction, duty delegation and organization.
-Taking information from customers regarding vehicle problems and preparation of repair order.

-Develop estimates by costing material, supplies and labor.

-Ordering parts for vehicle repair when necesssary.

-Informing customers of repairs/services required by providing an estimate of cost of repairs.

-Checking vehicle maintenance records

-File and Process warranty claims

-Answering questions customers may have.

-Delegate jobs and oversee progress to ensure shop efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Spanish or Portuguese speaking is a plus!
