Job Description
Hope & Help of Central Florida | Winter Park, FL | Full-Time | Travel up to 40%
Hope & Help of Central Florida is a mission-driven nonprofit providing HIV healthcare, prevention, case management, and supportive services. Our Ryan White Part D program supports women, infants, children, and youth living with HIV through coordinated, family-centered services across Central Florida.
The Opportunity
Lead the coordination and accountability of a program that connects women, children, and young people living with HIV to vital care. This is a hands-on program leadership position for someone who enjoys building effective systems, supporting staff, strengthening partnerships, and taking ownership of grant reporting—not simply overseeing its preparation.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee day-to-day Ryan White Part D operations, service workflows, program milestones, and implementation of the approved work plan.
• Provide administrative supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to assigned staff, including the Intensive Medical Case Manager.
• Personally prepare, complete, review, and submit required program and grant reports; verify supporting data and meet reporting deadlines.
• Track service delivery, grant deliverables, performance measures, documentation quality, and compliance requirements; address gaps promptly.
• Work with Finance, clinical leaders, and data/quality personnel on grant oversight, quality improvement, and monitoring or audit preparation.
• Develop referral relationships with health departments, providers, and community partners to strengthen access and continuity of care.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Counseling, Criminal Justice, Public Health, Health Administration, Health Science, or a related field.
• At least six months of direct case management experience.
• Experience in healthcare, human services, or grant-funded program operations; strong reporting, organization, communication, and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program service delivery, performance measurement, and federal reporting expectations.
Experience We Especially Value
• Direct experience with Ryan White-funded programs, especially Part D, including program administration, reporting, eligibility, or compliance.
• Hands-on responsibility for completing grant reports and monitoring program outcomes and deliverables.
• Supervisory or program management experience; a master’s degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with CAREWare and/or Provide.
Location & Travel
Based in Winter Park, with travel up to 40% across Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, and St. Lucie counties. Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed for program activities.
Why Join Hope & Help?
Use your leadership and reporting skills to help a multidisciplinary team deliver consistent, accountable, family-centered services. Join a mission-focused organization where collaboration and meaningful service are central to the work.
