About the Role

Connext is seeking a professional and personable Customer Notification Representative (CNR) to support fiber expansion projects in local communities. In this role, you will visit assigned neighborhoods to inform residents about upcoming fiber-optic construction and available internet services.

This is not a sales position. The primary focus is community outreach, customer education, and documenting resident interest.

Key Responsibilities

• Work Directly in the Public Sector: Conduct door-to-door notifications in assigned service areas.
• Develop Constructive and Cooperative Community Relationships: Provide information about fiber internet services, installation processes, and service availability.
• Develop Prospect Lists: Gather resident interest and contact information using a company-provided tablet.
• Explain Service Information to Consumers: Respond to questions professionally and direct residents to appropriate resources.
• Work with Computers: Accurately document interactions and update company systems.
• Organize, Plan, and Prioritize Work: Perform primarily field-based work with occasional office support as needed.
