Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required

• HVAC, EPA or CPO certification preferred
• 3+ years experience inapartment maintenance or facilities maintenance
• Dry walling, including painting and carpentry
• Plumbing, including sweating copper pipe
• Electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures

Compensation and Benefits Available:

• Pay $22.00 to $24.00 hour
• $50/per diem/tax free every night while traveling for additional expenses
• Excellentovertime potential!
