You will act as a senior operator and strategic advisor, shaping how external partners integrate with internal product and operational roadmaps. You will identify new opportunities for growth, optimize existing partnerships, and ensure that collaboration translates into measurable business value. Accountabilities:
  • Lead strategic partnership initiatives that optimize revenue growth, cost efficiency, and customer outcomes through external ecosystem collaboration.
  • Define and influence partnership-driven product roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business strategy, product development, and market opportunities.
  • Serve as a senior cross-functional connector between product, engineering, analytics, and external partners to drive execution and alignment.
  • Develop and track key business metrics related to partnership performance, adoption, and impact, translating insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Build structured feedback loops from customers and partners into product and operational planning cycles.
  • Lead cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring execution against strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Support the creation of scalable frameworks for managing partnerships, product lifecycle processes, and operational governance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, influencing decision-making and shaping long-term strategic direction.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategic Partnerships, or a related cross-functional strategic role.
  • Proven track record of driving high-impact partnerships that influence product strategy, revenue growth, or operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools such as SQL, Tableau, or equivalent platforms to support decision-making.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders and aligning complex organizations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving ability and a bias toward continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining strategic clarity.
