  • Support end-users by responding to escalated service requests and providing clinical system guidance.
  • Demonstrate new system functionality to clinical stakeholders and incorporate feedback into future enhancements.
  • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and continuous improvement of clinical system processes.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a clinical informatics or healthcare IT role.
  • Valid clinical certification or professional healthcare license is required.

  • Experience translating clinical or business needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across clinical and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong interest in healthcare technology, system design, and process improvement.
  • Experience with testing (functional, integration, regression) is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel 10–15% for go-live and implementation support when required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $80,000 – $90,000 CAD
  • Remote work flexibility across Canada
  • Fixed-term contract with potential for extension based on performance
