  • Foster a continuous learning culture through coaching initiatives, peer learning, and self-directed development programs.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or learning and development within a sales-driven environment.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs that resulted in measurable improvements in sales performance.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, or Challenger (preferred).
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and sales technology stacks including CRM and enablement systems.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and optimize programs accordingly.
  • Self-starter with a passion for coaching, talent development, and driving sales performance improvement.
Benefits:
  • Competitive monthly compensation ranging from $3,000 to $5,000.
