Job Title : Bridge Records Clerk / Documentation Specialist (Hybrid)

Duration : Long-term contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support bridge records research and documentation activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and collect bridge-related records and documentation.
  • Review information from multiple systems and archived files.
  • Scan, organize, index, and maintain electronic documents.
  • Convert legacy files into PDF format.
  • Audit records for completeness and accuracy.
  • Document missing information and research findings.
  • Track daily production and assist with reporting.

Requirements:

  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with document management, records management, data entry, or administrative support.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
