In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business needs and technical implementation, working closely with engineering teams building Java-based solutions. You will help translate complex HR and compliance requirements into clear functional specifications that drive reliable, secure, and scalable software. Your work will directly support mission-critical systems used to automate organizational processes and ensure regulatory compliance. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR, payroll, and workforce management systems.
- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for Java-based development teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to support system design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and delivery alignment.
- Support validation and testing activities to ensure solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process optimization by identifying gaps and proposing system or workflow improvements.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and traceability of requirements across development cycles.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development or enterprise system environments.
- Solid understanding of Java-based architectures and ability to collaborate effectively with Java engineering teams.
- Experience with HR systems, payroll platforms, or enterprise workforce management solutions is a strong advantage.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured technical specifications.
- Familiarity with Agile environments and software development lifecycles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
