- Influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and other functions to build alignment around product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams on positioning, training, messaging, and go-to-market readiness.

- Demonstrated success operating in startup or growth environments where priorities evolve quickly and individuals are expected to take significant ownership.
- Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of complex products, from product vision and discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams, create structure amid ambiguity, and align stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts, tell compelling product stories, and build confidence with senior leadership.
- Strong customer orientation and experience using qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and market intelligence to inform product decisions.
